Paul D. Stasiak Sr.
  
Paul Stasiak Sr., husband, father, and grandfather passed away Thursday, November 20. He was sixty years old. Paul was born in New Haven on March 22, 1948. He attended Hillhouse High School where he was a multi-sport athlete. He began his career at Sargent Tool, he held the position of president at Highline Products, and most recently worked at Berkshire Petroleum.

Paul married Regina Sorrentino, also from New Haven and had three children. Paul was an avid sports fan who most enjoyed playing softball & golf. He was a consummate New York Yankees and New York football Giants fan. Paul was a community volunteer who coached Babe Ruth Baseball, Pop Warner football, and high school football. His greatest love, however, was his wife, his children, and his grandchildren.

Paul is survived by his wife Regina of Branford, his daughter Shirlee Bochanis, son in law Dean, and grandchildren Adara, Alana, Alex, Demetrios and Natalie of Westbrook, CT; his son Paul Stasiak, daughter in law Malaika, and granddaughter Charlotte of Apopka, FL; and daughter Robyn Stasiak and granddaughter Jolee of Branford.

He is also survived by his sister Catherine Seipold of East Haven, his brothers Bernard Stasiak of Cheshire, Richard Stasiak of Arizona, Dodge Stasiak of Meriden, Joseph Stasiak of Cheshire, and Harry Stasiak of New Haven. He is the stepson of Harry Mott. He was predeceased by his parents, Winifred Mott and Julian Stasiak and his brother Donald Stasiak.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 at St. Mary Church in Branford. Burial will be private. Friends may call Monday from 5-8 P.M. at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 504 Main St. Branford. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 5 Brookside Drive, Wallingford, CT 06492.
