In New Haven, June 27, 2009, Mary Margaret Strickland of Oak Ridge Rd. Branford. Wife of the late Raymond Strickland. Mother & mother in law of Paul and Janice Strickland of Jurnee, IL, Gail and John Kikosicki of Clinton, and Nancy and Daniel Esposito of East Haven. Sister of Helen LeBrocq of Milford. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Mark Strickland and her brother George Farrell.
Mrs. Strickland was born in New Haven on August 11, 1931, a daughter of the late George and Margaret Mary Farrell. She was an Administrative Assistant for the Yale University P.E.U. for 10 years.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 504 Main St. Branford. Burial will be private. Friends may call Thursday from 5-7 P.M.
