In Madison February 16, 2010, Agnes M. Thomas, wife of the late Thomas George Thomas of 5 Wilford Rd., Branford.
Mother of Thomas John Thomas of Richmond, VA, William Miller (Kathy) Thomas of Chesapeake, VA and John George Thomas of Branford. Sister of Helen Corbo of NJ, Lenora Frohlich of Guilford, and Henry Miller of North Branford.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Zigmund and Rudolph Miller, and her sister Theresa Macola.
Agnes was born March 14, 1917 in New Haven, daughter of the late Leon and Tekla Rusyn Miller. She worked as a clerk at the former Suval's Department Store in Branford for many years until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Mary Church in Branford.
Funeral from the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 504 Main St., Branford Monday morning at 8:30 with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Church at 9:00. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, West Haven. Friends may call Sunday from 4 – 7 pm at the funeral home.
